HOUSE GUIDE
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT
IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR:
Once you reach the building door, open the Vikey “digital keys” link you received on your phone.
Ring the intercom label IT015146C2U7DPIZ9R (CIN). In the Vikey link, select “BUILDING DOOR” and, when “OPEN DOOR” appears, press “OK.” The door will open.
Once you enter the courtyard, head towards the stairs in front of you on the left and climb few steps.
Open the glass door in front and take the elevator to the third floor.
If the glass door is locked, you can find the key to unlock it in the mailbox under the name FALCIONI (mailboxes on your right end side): the code to open it is 386. Once you have unlocked the building door, please put the key back inside the mailbox and rotate the numbers to make sure it is now properly locked.
There is a copy of the glass door key in the set of keys we have left for you in the apartment: you can use it to open the glass door so you won’t need to repeat this mailbox procedure any longer during your stay.
IN FRONT OF THE FLAT DOOR
The keybox beside the door contains your keys. The code that allows you to open it is 1825.
Open the black cover and once you have selected and aligned these four numbers on the box, lower the flap and the keybox will open.
Take the keys and close the keybox: make sure please to scroll the numbers so that the keybox does not open anymore. You can now unlock the door and enter the flat.
Please find a second set of keys inside the flat that you can use during your stay, and that has to be left on the table when you check out.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Please lock the door as you check out.
Leave one set of keys on the dining room table and one inside the keybox outside of the door as you definitely leave the flat.
Open the box and place ONLY ONE set of keys inside it, close it and rotate the numbers so that the box is now locked . Close the black door of the box.
WI-FI
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Do not use too many appliances at the same time (hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher…) to avoid an electrical overload and a power outage in the apartment.
If this happens, proceed as follows:
- Turn off all appliances you were using.
- Check the electrical panel next to the entrance door and flip all switches, both on the lower panel and the upper one.
EQUIPMENTS
HEATING SYSTEM
Due to Milano municipality rules, heating system is on from mid October to mid April (13/14 hours per day).
You can control the heat released by each radiator by turning the knob on them, according to your needs (warmer or colder).

To raise or lower the roller shutter in the master bedroom, you need to open the little white door.
