HOUSE GUIDE
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT
IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR:
Facing the building entrance, open the VIKEY link that we have sent you. On the intercom push the doorbell ‘IT015146C2LUQ4YRFA’.
Now, on the VIKEY link, push the button labeled «building door» on your smartphone and then «ok» to open.
Enter the building gate, turn left after the concierge and you will find the elevator.
Go to the 3rd floor and your apartment is at the end of the corridor (you will see the key box on the left of the apartment door).
IN FRONT OF THE FLAT DOOR:
The key box on the left of the door contains your keys.
Open the black door on the box: the code that allows you to open it is 0988.
Once you have selected these four numbers, lift the black switch beside them down and pull the door towards you: the key box will open.
Enter the flat: there is a second set of keys in the flat that you can use during your stay, and that has to be left on the table when you check out.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Please make sure to double check that the sets of keys are one on the table and one in the key box outside of the door as you definitely leave the flat. Open the box and place ONE set of keys inside it, close it and rotate the numbers so that the box does not open anymore. Close the black door of the box.
TO GET OUT OF THE BUILDING
To get out of the building, push the white button located at the left of the door.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Please do not use two or more electrical appliances at the same time as it may cause an electricity shortage.
Should the electricity go out in the apartment please proceed as follows:
- Turn all the appliances off
- Check the electrical panel next to the entrance door
- Pull all the switches up and everything should return to normal
If it doesn’t work, go to the ground floor and access the meters room through the door on the right of the elevator.
Follow the path shown in the photo and raise the switches on these two meters:
- Zone 1: meter with the name MAROCCHINO
- Zone 2: meter with the name M.M.
EQUIPMENTS
ARI CONDITIONING
A/C system works with the split.
Use the remote to set on SNOWFLAKE for A/C and set between 21°C and 27°C.
HEATING SYSTEM
Due to Milano municipality rules, heating system is on from mid october to mid april.
There is a building heating system not adjustable and set by the building.
You can control the heat released by each radiators by turning the knob on it, according to your needs.
HOW TO REACH THE UPPER BED
To reach the upper bed, use the white ladder hung next to the door; place the ladder on the kitchen side ONLY as shown in the picture (never on the other side). Hang It back where you took It once you’ve come down.
SHUTTERS
Please make sure that the shutters are secured when open.
Severe damage may happen in case of wind if you don’t follow the recommended procedure.

DISPOSE OF GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
Please make sure to dispose your rubbish as follows:
- ORGANIC WASTE: food waste
- NON RECYCLABLE: generic waste
- PAPER+CARDBOARD
- GLASS (AFTER CLEANING)
- PLASTIC (AFTER CLEANING)
PLEASE TAKE GARBAGE TO THE COMMUNAL TRASH CANS:
Please separate the rubbish and place the same materials in a bag (one for the paper, one for the organic, one for the plastic, one for the glass, one for the non recyclable).
Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the proper bins in the courtyard.
HOUSE RULES
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke, even electronic cigarettes
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, please be quite in the common areas of the building especially in the evening
- Turn all the lights and the air conditioning off before going out
- For safety reasons, close all windows when you are not at home
CHECK-OUT
We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on check-out day.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- Leave the towels on the bathroom floor (not in the washing machine; please do not wash them)
- Do not leave dirty dishes
- Turn all lights and the air conditioning off
- Close all windows
- Dispose of rubbish in the designated areas
VERY IMPORTANT:
As you check put, please make sure that one set of keys is on the table and the other set is inside the keybox outside the door. Open the keybox using the same procedure as at check-in. Put the keys inside, take a photo and send it to us via the AIRBNB chat (this is very important to ensure access for the next guest). Then close the keybox and turn the dials so that it can no longer be opened. Finally, close the black cover.
