HOUSE GUIDE
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT
AT THE BUILDING ENTRANCE
When you reach the wooden entrance door, open the Vikey link you received on your phone. It contains your digital keys. You will see a button labelled “BUILDING ENTRANCE”.
On the intercom keypad, enter 28 and then press “C”.
In the Vikey link, press “BUILDING ENTRANCE”. When “OPEN THE DOOR” appears, press “OK”. The entrance door will open in a few seconds.
Repeat the same procedure when you reach the inner iron gate.
After passing through the iron gate, the lift is directly ahead and the stairs are slightly farther along on your left. Go up to the third floor. Exiting the lift, turn left along the balcony, then left again onto the first landing. The apartment door is on your left, with the key box to the left of the door.
AT THE APARTMENT DOOR
The apartment keys are inside the key box next to the door. The code to open it is 2307. Lower the black cover and turn the dials to align the numbers 2 3 0 7. Then push the lever to the left of the dials down and pull the compartment open towards you.
Take the keys and close the key box, then turn the dials so the combination is no longer visible.
You can now enter the apartment.
You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment. You may use it during your stay; please leave it on the table when you check out.
CHECK OUT
*VERY IMPORTANT*
LOCK THE DOOR WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. THEN PLACE ONLY ONE SET OF KEYS IN THE KEY BOX OUTSIDE THE DOOR. Open the key box using the same procedure as at check-in. Place the keys inside, take a photo and send it through the AIRBNB chat. Then close the key box, turn the dials so it cannot be opened and close the black cover.
PLEASE LEAVE THE SECOND SET OF KEYS ON THE TABLE INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
BUILDING DOORS: HOW TO OPEN THEM TO GO OUT
To leave the building, open the iron gate by pressing the button on the wall to your left.
Then, to reach the street, press the button on the left on the wall beside the wooden entrance door.
WI-FI
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Do not use too many electrical appliances at the same time (hair dryer, washing machine, microwave, etc.), as this may trip the power in the apartment.
If this happens, please proceed as follows:
- switch all the appliances you were using off
- find the electrical panel in the living room, behind the entrance door. Make sure that all switches are in the “up” position; if not, raise them all and the power should come back on.
If the power does not come back on:
- go to the ground floor and beside the steps find the garbage collection room. Enter the room. Go down the steps and along the corridor, turn left and look for the door on your left with a blue sign » Locale Contatori»
- find the meter labelled SACCARDI
- raise the switches and the apartment power should come back on
EQUIPMENTS
AIR CONDITIONING
The apartment has independent air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. Each unit has its own remote control for switching it on or off and setting the desired temperature.
Please do not set the temperature below 21°C, as this may cause the system to shut down.
HEATING
In winter, the heating will already be on and correctly set. Please DO NOT TOUCH the thermostat in the living room below the intercom (see photo) unless absolutely necessary.
To adjust the heat released by the radiator, turn the valve located on its side.
DISPOSE OF GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
Please separate your waste as follows:
- ORGANIC WASTE
- NON-RECYCLABLE / GENERAL WASTE
- PAPER AND CARDBOARD
- GLASS (CLEAN)
- PLASTIC (CLEAN)
The recycling bins are in the kitchen under the sink.
WASTE BAGS MUST BE TAKEN TO THE BUILDING COURTYARD and placed inside the appropriate bins, as indicated on each container.
Please dispose of your waste during your stay and before your departure.
Please follow these instructions carefully. Fines are frequently issued when the rules are not followed, and we would regret having to charge them back to you.
