HOUSE GUIDE
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT
IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR:
Facing the building entrance, open the VIKEY link that we have sent you. On the intercom next to the door, digit the number ‘72’ and the bell icon. Now, on your VIKEY link, you will see 2 buttons: push the button labelled «building door» on your smartphone, and then «ok» to open.
Enter the courtyard, on the opposite side to the right (in the corner) you have the elevator. Dial the code 326 (press the number 3 then the number 2 and then the number 6, 326), it will take you straight to the 4th floor.
Exit the elevator, and go to the right on the long balcony to the right, the second door on the long balcony is your apartment (flower pot in front of the door).
IN FRONT OF THE FLAT DOOR:
TO UNLOCK
When you are in front of the door, use the opening buttons on your phone to open the door.
Push the button «apartment door» on your phone and the door will open.
TO LOCK
To lock the door use the key you have found in the flat. As an alternative,you can keep the green door closed by pushing it against its left side for 5 seconds. The electrical lock will automatically lock it and you will hear the noise. To unlock it again, you can now use the keys you have found in the flat or the Vikey link.
DURING YOUR STAY
You’ll find a set of keys in the apartment that we kindly ask you to keep with you during your stay.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Please do not use two or more electrical appliances at the same time (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer…) as it may cause an electricity shortage.
Should the electricity go out in the apartment please proceed as follows:
- Turn all the appliances off
- Check the electrical panel beside the entrance door
- Pull all the switches up
- If the electricity is not back, check the main switch that is on the right end side of the entrance door, behind a wooden door, and pull the switch up.
EQUIPMENTS
HOT WATER
- To make sure you have hot water, be careful and don’t touch the button behind the coffee machine
- The button you see in the picture always has to be on “I”
DISPOSE OF GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
Please make sure to dispose your rubbish as follows:
- ORGANIC WASTE: food waste
- NON RECYCLABLE: generic waste
- PAPER+CARDBOARD
- GLASS (AFTER CLEANING)
- PLASTIC (AFTER CLEANING)
You can find in the kitchen the containers for waste sorting.
DURING YOUR STAY AND AFTER THE CHECK-OUT, PLEASE TAKE GARBAGE TO THE COMMUNAL TRASH CANS IN THE COURTYARD BEYOND THE FENCE.
HOUSE RULES
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke, even electronic cigarettes
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, please be quite in the common areas of the building especially in the evening
- Turn all the lights and the air conditioning off before going out
- For safety reasons, close all windows when you are not at home
CHECK-OUT
Our guests are kindly asked to leave the flat by 11 am on the day of the check out.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- Leave the towels on the bathroom floor (don’t do any washing, please)
- Wash your dishes
- Switch the lights and the air conditioning off
- Close the windows
- Take the trash out (instructions in the proper section)
VERY IMPORTANT: We kindly ask you to leave the keys on the table and to lock the door behind you.
