HOUSE GUIDE
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT
IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR:
Once you arrive in front of the main door, open on your phone the Vikey link you received, which contains your digital keys. You will see the button “BUILDING DOOR“.
On the intercom next to the door, dial the number 53 (5 and 3) and then push the bell icon. Now, on the VIKEY link, you will see 2 buttons: push the button labeled «building door» on your smartphone, and then «ok» to open.
Enter the building, walk along the hallway and enter the courtyard. On the right end side, you have a building facing the courtyard. Go to Scala C. In front of the glass door, ring the bell labelled «Sbattella/Ianni»: after two seconds, use the digital keys on your phone. Open the link Vikey and you will see 2 buttons: push the button «building door» on your smartphone, and then «ok» to open. Once you are inside, take the elevator to the second floor. As you exit the lift, turn right: the door of the flat is on your right.
IN FRONT OF THE FLAT DOOR:
The apartment keys are inside the keybox located next to the door. The code to open it is 0505. Lower the cover and turn the dials to align the numbers 0 5 0 5. Then lower the lever to the left of the numbers and open the box by pulling it towards you.
Take the keys and close the lockbox again, scrambling the numbers so the combination is no longer visible.
You can now enter the apartment: the lock to open the door is the lowest one, as shown in the photo.
Inside the apartment you will find a second set of keys, which you may use during your stay and which must be left on the table on the day of your check-out.
CHECK-OUT
VERY IMPORTANT
Please lock the door when you check out. Then place only one set of keys inside the lockbox outside the door. Open the lockbox using the same procedure as at check-in. Insert the keys, take a photo and send it via the Airbnb chat, then close the lockbox and scramble the numbers so it cannot be opened. Close the black cover.
The second set of keys must be left on the table inside the apartment, please.
