HOUSE GUIDE
HOW TO ENTER THE APARTMENT
AT THE BUILDING ENTRANCE:
When you arrive at the main entrance, open the Vikey link you received on your phone. This link contains your digital keys. Tap “BUILDING DOOR” and, when “OPEN THE DOOR” appears, tap “OK”.
Then enter number 18 on the intercom keypad and press the bell button. After the third ring, the main entrance door will open.
Once inside, turn right: you will find both the elevator and the stairs. Go up to the second floor. When you exit the elevator, turn left and step out onto the open balcony / walkway. Follow the walkway to your right until the end: the apartment door is the last one, with the keybox on its right side
AT THE APARTMENT DOOR
The apartment keys are inside the keybox next to the door.
The code to unlock it is 9701. Lower the black cover and turn the dials until the numbers 9 7 0 1 are aligned. Then push down the lever to the left of the numbers and pull the door of the keybox towards you.
Take the keys and lock the keybox again, turning the dials so that the code is no longer visible.
You can now enter the apartment: the lock for the metal door is the lower one (the key is marked with a red dot), while the glass door has one lock only (the key is marked with a blue dot).
PLEASE WATCH THE STEP immediately after the glass door.
You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment. You may use it during your stay and it must be left on the table on check-out day.
CHECK-OUT – VERY IMPORTANT
PLEASE LOCK BOTH DOORS WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. THEN PLACE ONLY ONE SET OF KEYS IN THE KEYBOX OUTSIDE THE DOOR. Open the keybox using the same procedure as at check-in. Put the keys inside, take a photo and send it via the AIRBNB chat. Then close the keybox and turn the dials so that it can no longer be opened. Close the black cover.
PLEASE LEAVE THE SECOND SET OF KEYS ON THE TABLE INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
WI-FI
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Please do not use too many appliances at the same time (hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), as this may cause the power in the apartment to trip.
If this happens, please follow these steps:
- turn all the appliances you were using off
- In the corridor, open the wardrobe door and you will find the electrical panel: check that all switches are up. If any switch is down, raise all switches and the power should come back on.
If the power still does not come back on:
take the apartment keys, go to the ground floor and open the wooden door under the stairs, on your left as you exit the elevator.
PLEASE NOTE: this door opens by turning the key to the right and closes by turning the key to the left
- go down to floor -1
- go straight ahead and, at the end on your left, you will find the locked A.E.M. LUCE room
- look for the meter labelled LACERRA
- raise the switches upwards and the apartment power should come back on
EQUIPMENTS

- To open and close the kitchen and bedroom windows, apply a light pressure to the handle and then turn it.
- To open and close the kitchen window and shutters, you can use the folding stool provided.
