INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT

IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR:

Once you arrive in front of the main door, open on your phone the Vikey link you received, which contains your digital keys. You will see the button “BUILDING DOOR”.

On the intercom keypad, dial 145 and then press the button with the bell symbol.

On the Vikey link on your phone, now press “BUILDING DOOR” and, when “OPEN THE DOOR” appears, tap “OK.” The main door will open.

Enter the courtyard and find Staircase A on your left.
Walk up to the first floor. When you reach the landing, past the elevator to the right side you will find the apartment door with the keybox on its left.

IN FRONT OF THE FLAT DOOR

The apartment keys are inside the black keybox located next to the door. The code to open it is 2026. Lower the cover and turn the dials to align the numbers 2 0 2 6. Then lower the lever to the left of the numbers and open the box by pulling it towards you.

Take the keys and close the lockbox again, scrambling the numbers so the combination is no longer visible.

You can now enter the apartment.

The lock to open the door is the lower one, as shown in the photo.

Inside the apartment you will find a second set of keys, that you may use during your stay and that must be left on the table on the day of your check-out.

CHECK-OUT – VERY IMPORTANT

Please lock the door when you check out. Then place only one set of keys inside the lockbox outside the door. Open the lockbox using the same procedure as at check-in. Insert the keys, take a photo and send it via the Airbnb chat, then close the lockbox and scramble the numbers so it cannot be opened. Close the black cover.

The second set of keys must be left on the table inside the apartment, please.

TO GET OUT OF THE BUILDING

To exit the building, press the button on the wall to the left of the wooden main door.

  • Check the electrical panels 1 and 2  located beside the entrance door, on the right.

  • Make sure that all the switches are in the on/up position
