HOUSE GUIDE
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT
IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR:
Facing the building entrance, open the VIKEY link that we have sent you. On the VIKEY link push the button labeled «building door» on your smartphone, and then «ok». Now, on the intercom next to the door, press the doorbell ‘IT015146C2PSXF3CI2’ and push, after a few seconds the fence will open.
Also for the iron gate use the tap on your phone.
Enter the building gate, turn right and climb the stairs until the third floor. Your flat door is the green one on the little balcony: open the wooden gate, open the green door (it’s just closed to and not locked), you’ll see on your right the keybox containing your flat keys.

The key box on the left of the door contains your keys.
Open the black door on the box: the code that allows you to open it is 1980.
Once you have selected these four numbers, lift the switch beside them down and pull the door towards you: the key box will open.
Enter the flat: there is a second set of keys in the flat that you can use during your stay, and that has to be left on the table when you check out.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Please make sure to double check that the sets of keys are one on the table and one in the key box outside of the door as you definitely leave the flat. Open the box and place ONE set of keys inside it, close it and rotate the numbers so that the box does not open anymore. Close the black door of the box.
TO GET OUT OF THE BUILDING
To get out of the building, push the white button on the wall located just close to the gate as you can see in the pic:

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Please do not use two or more electrical appliances at the same time (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer…) as it may cause an electricity shortage.
Should the electricity go out in the apartment please proceed as follows:
- Turn all the appliances off
- Check the electrical panel in the walk in closet. Pull all the switches up and everything should return to normal
If It still does not work:
- Go down in the courtyard and then follow the staircase downstairs, pass the recycle bins of organic and plastic there is the electrical panels area
- Look for the meter named MAROCCHINO 3P
- Lift the switches up: everything should return to normal
EQUIPMENTS
AIR CONDITIONING
Use the remote control to turn on the A/C system and set it between 21° C and 27° C. You can find one split in the living room and one split in the bedroom.
HEATING SYSTEM
Due to Milano municipality rules, heating system is on from mid october to mid april.
To set the warm temperature in the flat, please use the thermostat.
SHUTTERS
Please make sure that the shutters are secured.
When open severe damages may happen in case of wind if you don’t follow the recommended procedure.

DISPOSE OF GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
Please separate waste as follows:
- ORGANIC WASTE
- GENERAL WASTE – NON-RECYCLABLE
- PAPER AND CARDBOARD
- GLASS (CLEAN)
- PLASTIC (CLEAN)
The waste-sorting bins are located in the kitchen, under the sink.
PLEASE TAKE GARBAGE TO THE COMMUNAL TRASH CANS:
Please reach the ground floor: in the courtyard you will find three garbage storages. Make sure to dispose it accordingly to the different materials. Fines are common if these rules are not respected.

Once in the courtyard follow the path along the corridor (picture 1) you will find two more garbage storages. You can dispose here any extra rubbish going down the steep staircase behind the first gate here (picture 2). GLASS AND PAPER (picture 4). Please be careful
Fines are common if these rules are not respected.
HOUSE RULES
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke, even electronic cigarettes
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, please be quite in the common areas of the building especially in the evening
- Turn all the lights and the air conditioning off before going out
- For safety reasons, close all windows when you are not at home
CHECK-OUT
Our guests are kindly asked to leave the flat by 11 am on the day of the check out.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- Leave the towels on the bathroom floor (no washing please)
- Don’t wash the laundry please
- Wash your dishes
- Switch the lights and the air conditioning off
- Take the trash out
