HOUSE GUIDE
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT
IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR:
Facing the building entrance, open the VIKEY link that we have sent you.
On the VIKEY link, push the button labeled «BUILDING DOOR» on your smartphone and then «OK».
Ring the intercom at number 11 + OK. The building door will open after a few seconds.
Enter the building, walk beside the doorman’s room and enter the courtyard. Enter the door in front of you, on the opposite side on your left, then take the elevator and go to the third floor. As you exit the elevator, the door of the flat is on the right side and in front of you (you will see the key box with the word ‘BE’ above the doorbell).
IN FRONT OF THE FLAT DOOR
The key box with the word ‘BE’ on top of the bell, contains your keys.
Open the black door on the box: the code that allows you to open is 0505.
Once you have selected these four numbers, lower the flap and the key box will open.
Take the keys and close the keybox: make sure please to scroll the numbers so that the keybox does not open anymore.
There is a second set of keys inside the flat that you can use during your stay, and that has to be left on the table when you check out.
VERY IMPORTANT
Please make sure to double check that the sets of keys are one on the table and one in the key box outside of the door as you definitely leave the flat. Open the box and place ONE set of keys inside it, close it and rotate the numbers so that the box does not open anymore. Close the black door of the box.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Please do not use two or more electrical appliances at the same time (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer…) as it may cause an electricity shortage.
Should the electricity go out in the apartment please proceed as follows:
- Turn all the appliances off
- Check the electrical panel in the cupboard in the corridor and pull all the switches up
If the electricity is not back, please check the main control panel beside the entrance door, in the closeth: make sure that the main switch is lifted up.
Once the power has been restored, switch the water heater back on (On) using the control panel located inside the closet, on the right side of the hallway before the bedroom door. Please do not change the temperature setting.
EQUIPMENTS
AIR CONDITIONING
Press the upper switch to turn the system “ON”.
Press the round button on the front to turn the AC “ON” and “OFF” (you can read if it is “ON” or “OFF” on the display), and then use “+” or “-” buttons to set the desired temperature in the flat.
SHUTTERS
The shutters are electric. Please find on the walls of the living room and of the two bedrooms the switch (like in the picture) to lift them up and down
HOT WATER
If there is no hot water, please check that the water heater thermostat is switched on (ON). You can find it in the inside the closet, on the right side of the hallway before the bedroom door. Please do not change the temperature setting.
DISPOSE OF GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
Please separate waste as follows:
- ORGANIC WASTE
- GENERAL WASTE – NON-RECYCLABLE
- PAPER AND CARDBOARD
- GLASS (CLEAN)
- PLASTIC (CLEAN)
The waste-sorting bins are located in the kitchen, under the sink.
PLEASE TAKE GARBAGE TO THE COMMUNAL TRASH CANS:
dispose of garbage and recycling in the proper bins in the courtyard.
HOUSE RULES
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke, even electronic cigarettes
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, please be quite in the common areas of the building especially in the evening
- Turn all the lights and the air conditioning off before going out
- For safety reasons, close all windows when you are not at home
CHECK-OUT
We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on check-out day.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- Leave the towels on the bathroom floor (not in the washing machine; please do not wash them)
- Do not leave dirty dishes
- Turn all lights and the air conditioning off
- Close all windows
- Dispose of rubbish in the designated areas
VERY IMPORTANT:
As you check put, please make sure that one set of keys is on the table and the other set is inside the keybox outside the door. Open the keybox using the same procedure as at check-in. Put the keys inside, take a photo and send it to us via the AIRBNB chat (this is very important to ensure access for the next guest). Then close the keybox and turn the dials so that it can no longer be opened. Finally, close the black cover.
