HOUSE GUIDE

INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE FLAT

IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR:

Facing the building entrance, open the VIKEY link that we have sent you. On the intercom next to the door, dial nr 29+enter on the doorbell. Now, on the VIKEY link, you will see 2 buttons: push the button labeled «building door» on your smartphone, and then «ok» to open.

Enter the building, walk straight through the garden once you are in the garden turn right and look for the staircase «E»

Again dial nr 29+enter on the doorbell: after two seconds, push the button «building door» on your smartphone, and then «ok» to open.

The flat is at the first floor, on your left  you’ll see  a door with a smart cylinder that’s your door.

IN FRONT OF THE FLAT DOOR: 

TO UNLOCK

The keybox beside the door contains your keys. The code that allows you to open it is 1960.

Open the black cover and once you have selected and aligned these four numbers on the box, lower the flap and the keybox will open.

Take the keys and close the keybox: make sure please to scroll the numbers so that the keybox does not open anymore. You can now unlock the door and enter the flat.

Please find a second set of keys inside the flat that you can use during your stay, and that has to be left on the table when you check out.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Please lock the door as you check out.

Leave one set of keys on the dining room table and one inside the keybox outside of the door as you definitely leave the flat.

Open the box and place ONLY ONE set of keys inside it, close it and rotate the numbers so that the box is now locked. Close the black door of the box.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Please do not use two or more electrical appliances at the same time (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer…) as it may cause an electricity shortage.

Should  the electricity go out in the apartment please proceed as follows:

  • Turn all the appliances off
  • Check the electrical panel in the closet beside the entrance door
  • Pull all the switches up

IF IT STILL DOES NOT WORK

  • go to floor -1. Going down the flight of stairs, you will find the panels area on the right

  • look for the meter named SOLCIA

  • lift  the switches up: everything should return to normal

EQUIPMENTS

AIR CONDITIONING

Use the remote control to turn on the A/C system and set it between 21° C and 27° C.

HEATING SYSTEM

Due to Milano municipality rules, heating system is on from mid October to mid April.

 If you want to increase/decrease the heat release of the single radiator during working hours, please turn the knob on it.

DISPOSE OF GARBAGE AND RECYCLING

Please separate waste as follows:

  • ORGANIC WASTE
  • GENERAL WASTE – NON-RECYCLABLE
  • PAPER AND CARDBOARD
  • GLASS (CLEAN)
  • PLASTIC (CLEAN)

The waste-sorting bins are located in the kitchen, under the sink.

Please dispose garbage and recycling in the proper containers in the courtyard.

  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke, even electronic cigarettes
  • No parties or events
  • Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, please be quite in the common areas of the building especially in the evening
  • Turn all the lights and the air conditioning off before going out
  • For safety reasons, close all windows when you are not at home

CHECK-OUT

 

We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on check-out day.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:

  • Leave the towels on the bathroom floor (not in the washing machine; please do not wash them)
  • Do not leave dirty dishes
  • Turn all lights and the air conditioning off
  • Close all windows
  • Dispose of rubbish in the designated areas

VERY IMPORTANT:

As you check put, please make sure that one set of keys is on the table and the other set is inside the keybox outside the door. Open the keybox using the same procedure as at check-in. Put the keys inside, take a photo and send it to us via the AIRBNB chat (this is very important to ensure access for the next guest). Then close the keybox and turn the dials so that it can no longer be opened. Finally, close the black cover.
